With the pandemic transforming the values and expectations of the workforce globally, racing must develop an effective blueprint for attracting, developing and retaining the brightest talent, and building a resilient and sustainable workforce that can carry the industry to greater heights. 721nw

Focusing on building racing’s future workforce, this session will invite leaders from racing and sport to share their thoughts on the future of work, with an emphasis on the importance of diversity and inclusion, evolving workplace expectations, strong leadership and effective engagement with all levels of the workforce.  The session will also examine how the newest generation of leaders can drive racing forward.
